• August 7 – August 10 OR August 17 – August 24 OR August 28 – August 31

• September 4 – September 14

• September 18 – September 21 OR September 25 – September 28

• October 2 – October 12

• October 16 – October 19 OR October 23 – October 26 OR October 30 – November 2

  • Two of the October weekend options need to be filled (one will be covered internally)

• November 6 – November 16

• November 20 – November 23

• December 4 – December 7 OR December 11 – December 14

• December 18 – December 28

Ongoing coverage needed

• Setting: Clinic and Call

• FTE: 1.0

• Clinic located within the hospital

• Reason for Coverage: Assist permanent provider with clinic and call

• Clinic Volume: 15–20 scheduled patients per day

• 2–3 in-clinic procedures per day

• Surgery Days: Typically 4 scheduled surgeries

• Additional emergent cases: 3–4 scheduled/emergent cases

• Daily Call Volume: 1–3 patients

• Providers round during the week on post-op patients and complete inpatient consults if on day call

• No Robotics

• Cystoscopy

• Cystoscopy with dilation

• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA

• EMR: EPIC

• Board Certified Urology – Preferred

• Board Eligible accepted (within 5 years of residency)

• North Dakota License – Highly Preferred
