Locum Tenens Physician - Urology
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician - Urology
Location: Bismarck, ND
Shift: Clinic, Call, and Scheduled Surgeries (8:00 AM start times)
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Urology patients
Setting: Clinic and Hospital Call Coverage
Responsibilities: Clinic coverage (15–20 patients/day), scheduled and emergent surgeries (3–4 per day), rounding on post-op patients, inpatient consults, weekend and night call coverage
Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, cystoscopy with dilation
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA
Days Per Month: Specific June–December coverage blocks; ongoing need
On-Call/Weekends: Yes – weekend and night call required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Urology (Preferred) or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- North Dakota License (Highly Preferred)
- Case logs required at presentation and offer
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days (Required)
