- BC/BE
- On-call Shifts 7a-7a; 1-2 weekends per month (Thurs or Fri AM - Monday AM)
- Inpatient/Hospital-Based
- General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Ureteroscopy, Laser Certification
- active KY license or IMLC
