- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and In-house call if needed. There are an average of 5 patients per shift. We are seeking candidates within driving distance for weekday-only coverage starting July 1, 2026, on an ongoing basis. The schedule is Monday 7:00 AM to Friday 7:00 AM, providing coverage during this period to ensure continuity of care and support for patient needs.

Job Responsibilities
* Ensure continuity of care for patients during the assigned hours.

Qualifications
