Take advantage of a high-need urology assignment in Los Alamos, New Mexico offering consistent weekday clinic and OR coverage with fast credentialing potential. This is an excellent short-term locums opportunity for a Urologist seeking a stable Monday–Friday schedule while supporting a community with a critical coverage gap.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled urology surgeries and procedures
• Provide inpatient consults and support as needed
• Coordinate care with clinical staff and facility team
• Maintain documentation and compliance with facility standards
• Support continuity of care during provider medical leave coverage
Qualifications
• Board Certified required
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• PALS required
• ATLS required
• ABLS required
• Must have clean history for temporary privileges
• Must be comfortable supervising APPs
• Fast credentialing timeframe estimated at 12 days
Working Hours
• End Date: 02/15/2026
• Monday through Friday coverage
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• No call required (per updated request)
• Facility prefers at least 1 week per month (2 weeks preferred)
