Join a highly respected urology program in Marshfield, Wisconsin offering a strong mix of clinic, inpatient care, and procedural volume. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Urologist who wants consistent scheduling, long-term stability, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a well-supported community-based hospital system.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient urology consults and rounding
• Provide urology call coverage (beeper call)
• Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
• Work collaboratively with nursing, MA support, and APP team
• Deliver timely response for call coverage within required timeframe
Qualifications
• BLS required
• Must be willing to treat pediatric testicular torsion cases and select pediatric urology cases
• Must be able to obtain hospital and surgical privileges
• Must be comfortable supervising APPs
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Working Hours
• Duration: Ongoing
• Clinic coverage needed 2 weeks per month
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available earlier as needed for surgery days
• Coverage mix: approximately 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 15 minutes
• Call Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3
