Locums | Urology | Clinic + Call | Stevens Point, WI (Any state license) Why This Role

  • Ongoing urology locum opportunity due to permanent physician vacancy
  • Immediate need with long-term coverage anticipated through April 2026
  • Mix of clinic, OR time, and system-based call
  • Well-supported practice within the Aspirus Health system
Assignment Details Start date: ASAP (pending credentialing) Ongoing coverage Practice setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Full-time clinic coverage with 2–3 OR days per week Approximately 36 hours per week, days and times flexible System call based out of Wausau: - 7–10 days per month - Includes one weekend per month Possible 1–2 days per month of outreach to Wisconsin Rapids Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call EMR: Epic Temporary privileges available Clinical Details General urology practice Average clinic volume: approximately 16 patients per day Trauma Level III facility Assigned patient rounding OR access available Supported by: - 1 RN - 1 MA - 2 APPs - 1 office staff member Requirements Board Certified Urology BLS required Active state license not required at bid (open licensure) Comfortable with general urology procedures Able to start quickly and provide consistent coverage Compensation Rates: Facility accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel and lodging: Reimbursed per facility policy
