Job Title: Locum Physician - Urology (Weekend Call Coverage) Bismarck, ND

Required Skills:
- Valid North Dakota medical license and DEA registration
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Proven experience in cystoscopy and dilation procedures
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Ability to perform scheduled and emergent urological procedures
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to handle weekend call shifts effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with post-operative patient management
- Prior experience in a hospital-based setting
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted urological procedures (not required)
- Comfortable managing outpatient and inpatient cases concurrently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years of Urology practice experience
- Prior locum or temporary coverage experience beneficial
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work one weekend per month, Thursday evening through Monday morning, including 24-hour call shifts
- Complete credentialing process within 90 days, including credentialing application, case logs, and supporting documentation
- Willingness to work with a dedicated support staff of three RNs and one CNA
- Must adhere to all facility and state licensing requirements
