- Dates: 8/4/26 - Ongoing
- Coverage consists of Monday- Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm.
- NO CALL COVERAGE!
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- Admissions are Required
- Hospital is Stroke Certified
- Patients per Shift: 20
- Beds in Department: 25
- Support Staff: 1 RN - 1 MA - 1 Office Staff
- Trauma Level: 3
- EMR System: Athena & Meditech
- Certifications: MI License, ACLS, MI CDS, and MI DEA required; Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology, BC or BE
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
