Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Urology (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery)
- Valid Michigan Medical License, CDS, and DEA
- Proven experience performing at least 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months or recent completion of ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship
- Excellent clinical skills and professionalism
- Strong communication and patient rapport abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic surgery, particularly utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Robot
- Prior experience in outpatient clinical settings
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency or fellowship
- Current certification or eligibility for certification from relevant boards
- At least one year of clinical practice post-training
Other Requirements:
- Michigan state medical license, CDS, and DEA registration are mandatory
- Successful credentialing process, with start date coordinated based on candidate availability
- Willingness to utilize facility lodging during scheduled shifts if needed
- Must be able to work scheduled Monday through Friday, with a 4 clinic days and 1 OR day weekly, from 8 am to 5 pm
