🏥 Clinical Responsibilities

• Weekend call coverage

• Manage emergent and scheduled urology cases

• Perform inpatient consults and rounding when on call

• Provide post-op patient follow-ups

• Work alongside permanent provider to support call coverage

📊 Volume & Case Mix

• Average Callbacks: 1–5 hours

• 1–3 patients daily during call

• 3–4 scheduled & emergent surgeries

• Clinic Volume: 15–20 patients/day

• 2–3 in-clinic procedures per day

• ~4 surgeries on OR days

🔧 Required Procedures:

• Cystoscopy

• Cystoscopy with dilation
  (No robotics required)

👥 Support Team

• 3 RNs

• 1 CNA

• Clinic located within the hospital

• Strong inpatient and surgical support

✅ Required Qualifications

• 🏅 Board Certified in Urology (Preferred)
  (Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency)

• 📜 North Dakota License (Highly Preferred)

• 🧾 NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at submission)

• 📂 Case Logs required at presentation and offer

• Clean malpractice history
