Urology Locum job in Bismarck, ND

Facility in need of urology coverage for weekend call coverage.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

1 weekend per month. It would be Friday morning to Monday morning, 24 hour call.

Setting: Weekend Call

Duties: Weekend Call duties

FTE:1.0

Required Procedures: cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: 3 RN's, 1 CNA

Reason for Coverage: Assist permanent provider with call and clinic

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: 90 days

Requirements: completed credentialing application, ND license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, case logs

Credentialing with other facilities? Not sure what you are asking for this question. They will only need to be credentialed in our facility.

Additional Details/ Questions Answered by Facility:

• 1-3 patients daily

• Number of surgeries? 3-4 scheduled and emergent cases

• Procedures-may need to do cystoscopy

• Robotics? no

• Providers will do rounding during the week on their post op patients and IP consults if on day call

• The clinic is located in the hospital

• 15-20 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 2-3 in clinic procedures per day.

• On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified Urology - [Preferred]Will accept Board Eligible providers if they are within 5 years from residency

• North Dakota License - [Highly Preferred]

• Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - [REQUIRED]
