Urology Physician – Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Permanent | Hospital-Based | Inpatient
Join a collaborative urology team of 5 experienced physicians providing high-quality general inpatient urology care in the region.
Candidate Requirements (Screening Checklist)
Credentials / Licensure
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
- Permanent candidates only (PERM)
- Not accepting Visa candidates
- Not accepting 1099 / independent contractor candidates
- Weekday schedule
- No call
- No weekends
- Comprehensive general urology care for adult inpatients
- Collaborate with 5 on-site urologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage hospital-based urology procedures and peri-operative care as needed
- Utilize onsite labs and imaging for diagnostics
- Participate in inpatient rounding and treatment planning
- Document encounters in Meditech EMR
- Follow clinical protocols and quality standards
- Ensure continuity of care after APP resignation
- Well-established 5-physician urology group
- Hospital-based practice with full ancillary and diagnostic support
