Job Responsibilities
• Perform laparoscopic, endoscopic, and minimally invasive urologic procedures
• Utilize advanced robotic-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci)
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation
• Manage surgical and clinic cases with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Qualifications
• Active Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA registration (prior to start)
• Recent NPDB report
• Demonstrated experience with laparoscopic and/or robotic techniques
• Strong clinical outcomes and communication skills
