This full-time Urologist position offers a balanced Monday–Friday schedule, light 1:4 call, and the opportunity to practice comprehensive urologic care in a modern hospital with state-of-the-art operating suites. Join a collaborative single-site practice alongside an established urologist and nurse practitioner, delivering high-quality outpatient and inpatient care in a supportive, community-focused environment. Job Responsibilities
• Perform general urology surgical procedures in modern OR suites
• Manage outpatient clinic visits (14–16 patients per day)
• Conduct inpatient consults and emergency department evaluations
• Participate in a light 1:4 call rotation (7 days/month, single site)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Utilize EMR for documentation and coordinated care
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Urology residency (US or Canada)
• Vermont Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA Certification
• Clean malpractice history
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
