- Other details: The facility which is trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and call if needed.need 24 hour coverage for our trauma center hospital. This 24 hour call coverage will begin at 7 am on 12/22/2025 and end at 7 am on 01/03/2026 at 7 am.

Job Responsibilities
* Cover clinical hours on-site
* Provide 24-hour call coverage as needed for trauma center
* Respond to urgent trauma cases within the scope of urology
* Collaborate with other specialists in trauma care
* Maintain patient documentation using Cerner EMR
* Ensure high-quality care for patients within trauma level 3 facility
* Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
* Active Indiana state medical license
* Must meet credentialing requirements within 60 days
* Trauma center experience preferred
* Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced clinical setting
Working Hours
* 24-hour call coverage from 7 am 12/22/2025 to 7 am 01/03/2026
* Additional coverage if needed
