Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our growing, multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. The Urologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, providing both medical and surgical care using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, urethra, and male reproductive organs

  • Perform a variety of urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive, endoscopic, and open techniques

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines

  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory results

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care

  • Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred)

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and clinical research

  • Adhere to ethical, legal, and safety standards of medical practice

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

  • Completion of an accredited Urology residency program

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Experience in urologic procedures and surgeries

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) strongly preferred

  • Fellowship training or experience in subspecialties like oncology, female urology, pediatric urology, or minimally invasive surgery is a plus
