Urology opening in Pueblo, CO *Colorado Springs 45m; Denver 115m Why This Role: Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established, high-volume Urology team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to practice general urology with advanced robotic technology and strong clinical support. Position Details: * Provide general urologic care to adult patients in both outpatient and hospital/surgical settings * Participate in high-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand * Perform diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions * Collaborate with a team of 4 established Urologists plus a community partner * Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies * Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including 2 DaVinci XI robots (robotics expansion and Aquablation coming in 2026) * Work with a robust clinical support staff * Document care using Epic EMR * Contribute to high-quality patient care consistent with UCHealth standards * Engage with teammates and leadership to shape the future of urology services * This position is permanent; no locums or locums-to-perm opportunities Requirements: * Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology * Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain) * BLS and ACLS certifications * DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) * Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) * Visa Support: J1 or H1B eligible Clinical Details: * Hospital call rotation as part of the Urology team * Weekend coverage: as scheduled per call rotation (approx. 1:4 to 1:6) Compensation and Benefits: * Salary range: $550,000 – $610,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications * Immediate high-productivity bonus potential once base guarantee threshold is exceeded * Relocation assistance and loan repayment programs may be available to eligible candidates * Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage * CME allowance * 403(b) retirement plan with employer match * 457(b) voluntary deferred compensation plan available * Comprehensive health and welfare benefits (medical, vision, dental, life, disability for eligible dependents) * Wellness benefits and employee wellness programs * Full suite of voluntary benefits: * Flexible Spending Accounts (healthcare/dependent care) * Health Savings Account (with HD/HSA medical plan) * Identity theft protection * Pet insurance * Employee discount programs * Paid family and medical leave, including Colorado FAMLI, plus leaves of absence * Contractual PTO based on FTE status Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, Board Eligible, DEA State Licenses: Colorado
