Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Bread-and-butter Urology with abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgery
- Management of lower urinary tract dysfunctions and general urologic conditions
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations; refer as clinically appropriate
- Oversight of nurses, residents, APPs, and support staff as needed
- Cover a single hospital with six residency programs
- Dedicated DaVinci Xi robotic block available
- One of few California markets without competition for market share
- Large, underserved service area with immediate demand
- Balanced schedule: 2–3 clinic days and 2–3 OR days weekly
- Clinic volume typically 25–30+ patients per day, based on physician preference
- OR volume averages 3–5 cases per full block day
- Weekend call averages one case per day
- Annual compensation range of $690,000–$702,000
- Signing bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance available
