- Hospital-employed position seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice with two board-certified urologists and mid-level support
- Salary: Guaranteed and competitive, commensurate with experience; includes a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment
- Bonus: 100% shared practice profits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; time split equally between clinic and OR
- Call: 7 days per month, with extra pay for additional call
- Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
- Facility details: Clinic located within walking distance of the hospital campus; access to physicians’ lounge with meals provided, 24-hour employee fitness center, and state-of-the-art medical education center with simulation rooms and conference space
