Are you an experienced Urology Physician seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional urological care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role is vital in supporting our level 4 trauma department, offering meaningful work with a diverse patient population, and the chance to impact lives through expert care.

Position Details:

Hourly Pay Rate: $3,120.00

Shift: Call coverage only, 24-hour shifts from 7:00 AM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday

Start Date: May 15th, 2026

Contract Length: As specified in scheduling

What You Bring:
  • Board Certification in Urology
  • Valid state medical license (IMLC or eligible for WV temporary license)
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong general urology skills, with proficiency in procedures like stent placements, stone removals, and clot evacuations
  • Ability to work independently in a high-acuity trauma environment
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in Level 4 trauma centers
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR
  • Flexibility to cover varying weekend dates and procedural needs

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Active state license (or eligibility for WV temporary license)
  • Willing to obtain additional licensure if necessary
  • Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
  • Ability to work scheduled day shifts with 3x24-hour coverage shifts

Other Details:
  • No clinic coverage required on weekends
  • Sutures, consults, and occasional OR procedures
  • Patient ages 18 and above
  • Practice in a hospital setting with a Level 4 trauma designation
