Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive urological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Perform surgical procedures and minimally invasive interventions as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in urology to ensure the highest quality of care.
Required Skills:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
- Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
- Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the designated state.
- Proven experience in urological procedures and patient management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced urological technologies and minimally invasive techniques.
- Additional certifications in related specialties.
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of a Urology residency program.
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Other Requirements:
- Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
- Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
- Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current.
