We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to support ongoing clinic and call coverage in Bismarck, North Dakota.

🗓️ Schedule & Coverage Details
- Clinic, call, and scheduled surgeries (10–15 days/month)
- Ongoing: Call-only coverage, typically Friday through Monday morning
- Clinic coverage required during internal provider vacations
🩺 Practice Scope
- Clinic and call responsibilities
- Light inpatient rounding and consults when on call
- Scheduled and emergent surgeries
- Common procedures include:
- Cystoscopy
- Cystoscopy with dilation
🧑⚕️ Clinical Environment
- Average call-back time: 1–5 hours
- Clinic volume: 15–20 patients/day
- In-clinic procedures: 2–3 per day
- Surgery days: Typically 4 cases/day
- Strong support team including RNs and CNAs
✅ Requirements
- Board-Certified Urology (preferred)
- Board-Eligible accepted
- North Dakota medical license
- NPDB Self-Query – required at submission
- Case logs required at presentation and offer
- EMR experience with EPIC
