We are seeking an experienced Urology Physician to provide locum services in Cottonwood, AZ. Coverage is needed 7/1 and ongoing through December.
Job Details:
- Setting: Hospital
- Shift/Schedule Details: Custom Schedule
- Patient Volume: 20 patients per day in clinic
- Support Team: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
- EMR System: Cerner
- Skills/Procedures/Required Case Types:
- • Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
- • Robotics: No
- • Special Procedures: in-clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
Requirements:
- State License: AZ or IMLC
- Board-Certification: BC/BE
- Years of Experience: 1 year
- DEA/CSR:
- DEA yes
- CSR no
