THE OPPORTUNITY
Tucson, AZ presents a compelling opportunity for a Urology physician seeking the right balance of clinical challenge and quality of life. Join an established Urology team in Tucson, Arizona as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist. This full-time, employed position offers a rewarding role in a high-volume practice equipped with advanced surgical technologies and strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

THE ROLE
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM with shared weekend call.
• Call: ER call coverage required – minimum 7 days/month.
• Volume: 24 patients/day in clinic; 15–20 surgical cases/week.
• Procedures: Access to advanced surgical technologies including DaVinci Xi Surgical System and Aquablation.
• Team: Team includes 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, and 1 RN, along with dedicated MAs and clinical support staff.

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active AZ medical license or ability to obtain
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Passion for providing exceptional care in a community-based setting
