Locums | NP/PA – Urology | Clinic + Call | Marshfield, WI Why This Role

  • Ongoing urology coverage need with flexible monthly scheduling
  • Balanced clinic and call role with surgical exposure
  • Established urology service with strong APP and staff support
Assignment Details Dates: ASAP – Ongoing Coverage model: 2–3 weeks per month Schedule: Clinic hours 8a–5p with call included Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient urology Rounding: Assigned patients only Clinical Details Patients per shift: 10–16 Clinic focus with OR assist as needed Surgical assistance required Cystoscopy experience preferred but not required Limited pediatric exposure only during rare emergency call situations EMR: Cerner Support staff: 1 RN, 3 MAs, 4 APPs, 7 office staff Requirements NP or PA with urology clinical experience Comfortable managing clinic patients and assisting in surgery Able to take beeper call and manage urgent urologic needs Temporary privileges available Estimated credentialing timeline: ~60 days BLS certification through AHA Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
