Position overview:
A well-established healthcare system in Olympia, WA is seeking Urology Physicians to join an existing locum pool to support 24-hour call coverage. This is an ongoing need with flexibility for additional coverage beyond the minimum requirement. Providers with strong surgical urology skills are highly preferred.
Schedule & Coverage Details:
- Minimum requirement: 5 - 7 days of 24-hour call per month (Additional coverage welcomed)
- Call Type: Beeper call; Response Time: 20 minutes
Specific Dates Needing Coverage:
- March 21 – 26
- March 30 – April 2
- April 13 – 30
- May 18 – 28
- June 15 – 30
Credentialing & Requirements:
- Board Certified in Urology (required)
- Willing to obtain WA license
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- BLS required
Required Skills:
- General Urology (Adult & Pediatric)
Preferred Skills:
- Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder Ultrasound (with biopsy), TRUS Biopsies, Incontinence Procedures, Penile Prosthesis, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
