Urology Locums | Stevens Point, WI | Clinic + OR + System Call | $350/hr

Urology locums coverage needed in Stevens Point, Wisconsin to support a hospital-based urology service with a mix of clinic coverage, operating room time, and system call.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced general urologist comfortable with full-scope urology, including clinic, procedures, and inpatient consults, within a collaborative care model.

Key Requirements

• Board certified in Urology

• Fellowship training required

• Comfortable with adult urology and inpatient consults

• Ability to manage clinic coverage and operative cases

• Prior hospital-based urology experience preferred

Assignment Overview

• Location: Stevens Point, WI

• Start: December 2025

• Schedule:

  • Full-time clinic coverage

  • 2–3 days per week of OR time

  • Approximately 7–10 days of system call per month, including one weekend

• Clinic volume: Approximately 16 patients per day

• Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient

• Rounding: Assigned patients

• EMR: Epic

• Support: APP, nursing, and office staff support

Call Coverage

• System-based call, primarily out of Wausau

• Call expectations reviewed in advance

Compensation

• Provider rate: $350 per hour

• Call compensated per established structure

• Travel and lodging handled per standard locums arrangements

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges available

• Estimated credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
