We are seeking a dedicated and collegial Urologist to fill a locum position at a prominent healthcare facility in Silverdale, WA. The role involves performing bread-and-butter urology procedures, managing a busy outpatient clinic, and providing on-call services. The position demands adaptability to high patient volumes, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. The placement is ideal for providers interested in a multi-faceted urology practice, including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage general urology patient care in clinic and hospital settings
- Conduct procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsies, TURP, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections
- Participate in on-call duties: night calls, 24-hour shifts, and callback duties
- Collaborate with hospitalist teams for admissions and rounding
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication
- Engage with a supportive multidisciplinary team including RNs, MAs, schedulers, and front office staff
Required Skills
- Board eligibility or certification in Urology
- Active BLS and DEA certifications
- Proven experience in bread-and-butter urology procedures
- Ability to manage high patient volumes effectively
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Flexibility to work varied shift schedules and on-call duties
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with robotic-assisted procedures (robot onsite but not required)
- Prior familiarity with Epic EMR
- Ability to perform advanced urologic surgeries and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Urology board-certified or eligible
- Minimum of 3 months of locum or clinical experience in busy outpatient or hospital settings
- Prior experience working in a hospital environment with on-call responsibilities
Other Requirements
- Availability to start on or before June 1, 2026
- Must be credentialed within three weeks prior to start date
- Willingness to travel locally from your residence to Silverdale, WA
- Ability to accommodate flexible scheduling including 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. clinic shifts, night call, and 24-hour shifts
- Must meet all licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements
