We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Neurohospitalist to join a growing inpatient neurology team serving the East Florida region. This is a fully inpatient position with a flexible 7-on/7-off schedule, offering an excellent work-life balance in a highly rated hospital located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical management and comprehensive evaluation of inpatient neurological patients.
Apply and maintain proficiency in AHA Stroke Management and related patient care guidelines.
Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best therapeutic principles.
Interpret and act upon laboratory, electrographic, and radiologic findings.
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure cohesive, high-quality patient care.
Participate in care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up recommendations for continuity of care.

Position Requirements
Board Certification or Eligibility through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
DEA license (or ability to obtain).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hospitalists, emergency physicians, and other specialists.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
