We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician – Urology in Arizona.

Shift: 24-hour beeper call; Day/Night coverage

End Date: 01/16/2026 (also Feb 18–20, 2026)
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities: Urology coverage with 24-hour beeper call; support from APP during the day
Required Procedures: Standard urology procedures
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: APP during day shifts
Days Per Month: N/A (specific assignment dates provided)
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour beeper call as scheduled
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active AZ license or IMLC LOQ required to submit
- DEA license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
