Schedule & Coverage:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (times may vary)
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (times may vary)
- 1-hour unpaid lunch included
- Beeper call
- 7–10 days per month (including weekends)
- Call response time: 20–30 minutes
- If on call during clinic week:
- Daytime clinic hours (M–F)
- Night call on weekdays
- 24-hour call on weekends
- Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours/day
- Overtime: Applies after 9 hours/day (preapproval required)
2026 Coverage Dates:
- June 16 – June 23
- July 1 – July 8
- August 18 – August 25
- September 8 – September 15
- October 2 – October 11
- November 23 – November 30
- December 17 – December 24
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient & Outpatient (both required)
- Hospital privileges required
- Stroke-certified facility (Trauma Level III)
- EMR: Epic
- Beds in Department: 6
- Average Patients per Shift: 16+
- Admissions Required: No
- Rounding: N/A
Provider Requirements:
- Active California medical license
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Urology
- ACLS required
- Active Fluoroscopy certification required (verification prior to submission)
- Providers willing to obtain or with temporary fluoro will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical experience
- Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
- Surgical specialties must include current case logs upon presentation
