Urology Opportunity Location: Jonesboro, AR Full-Time, Days An established healthcare system s seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join its growing team in Jonesboro, AR. This is an employed position offering a competitive compensation package and a supportive, physician-friendly environment. Position Highlights: $525K base salary for 2 years, with potential for greater earnings under a production model $80K student loan reimbursement, $2K monthly resident stipend, and sign-on bonus options $10K relocation reimbursement, $5K/year CME allowance 403B retirement plan with company matching, health spending account with $1K/year contribution Practice Overview: Join a team of 2 full-time urologists 4.5-day workweek with 10 days of hospital call per month (only 1 weekend) Large referral base from 13 primary care clinics Very busy practice with high earning potential New $450M medical campus with a 228-bed hospital and 30+ subspecialties Urology clinic located just down the hall from surgery Location Jonesboro offers a small-town feel with easy access to Memphis (1 hour away).
