Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (not every shift)
- 24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (1:6 rotation)
- Minimum Commitment: 5–6 days of clinic and call coverage
Coverage Dates:
- March: 2–6, 9–13, 16–20, 30–31
- April: 1–3, 6–10, 13–17, 20–24
- May: 4–8, 11–15, 25–29
- June: 1–5, 8–12, 22–26, 29–30
Job Summary:
- A facility in Silverdale WA is looking for a bread and butter Urologist for clinic and call for 3-6 months.
- Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR.
- Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills.
- Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed.
- Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept.
- Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours.
Required Documents:
- Up-to-date CV (Gaps greater than 30 days will need notation/explanation of gap in work history)
- Must list work history and dates in MM/YY format with each facility listed out.
- Malpractice documentation (NPDB).
- Disciplinary Actions (Must provide a detailed explanation)
- Copy of Board Certification
- LOQ/State License
- Supporting life certificates - ACLS, BLS
