Clinical Responsibilities

General urology care in clinic & on call

Procedures include:

Cystoscopy π¬

Vasectomies βοΈ

Prostate biopsy
-
TURP
-
Uroflow/cuff & bladder scans

Ureteroscopy & nephrectomy
-
Cystectomy
-
ESWL & Botox injections π
-
-
Robot available, but robotic cases not required π€

Patient volume: 20β25/day
-
Surgical volume: 20β30/month
Call & Coverage Details

5β6 days of call plus clinic minimum
-
20% new consults, 80% callback patients during call
-
Night Call / 24-Hour Call / Holiday coverage required
-
Must cover ~80% of posted dates
Rates π°

Hourly: $450β$500
-
Holiday: $675β$750
-
Nightly Call: $900β$1,200
-
Holiday Nightly Call: $1,350β$1,800
-
24-Hour Call: $4,000β$4,250
-
24-Hour Holiday Call: $6,000β$6,375

Call Back: $450β$500 / Holiday Call Back: $675β$750

Orientation: $225β$250/hr beyond 8 hours

Requirements β
-
Board Certified Urology [Highly Preferred] or Board Eligible (0β5 yrs post-residency)
-
Active WA License or IMLC [Required]
-
ACLS, BLS, DEA [Required] (can obtain if selected)
-
Clean malpractice history [Highly Preferred]
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
