- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 8-10 patients per shift. Looking to build a pool of qualified locum providers who can offer flexible coverage on various days throughout the month and year, supplementing the practice alongside two physicians. When scheduled, locum candidates will be responsible for all hospital call duties as well as after-hours clinic call coverage as needed, ensuring continuity of care and reliable support for the existing care team.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage an average of 8–10 patients per shift while on call
* Cover beeper call and handle all hospital call responsibilities when scheduled
* Provide after-hours clinic call coverage as needed
* Ensure continuity of care and collaborate with the existing physician team
* Document patient care accurately using the designated EMR system
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree required
* Active North Carolina state medical license required
* Eligible for hospital credentialing with an estimated timeframe of 60–90 days
* Ability to commit to flexible, ongoing locum coverage
Working Hours
* ASAP start with ongoing need
* Flexible coverage on various days throughout the month and year
* Supplemental coverage alongside two physicians
