This is an exciting 3–6 month locum opportunity with the potential for ongoing coverage, offering a diverse case mix, strong support staff, and access to robotic technology.
🔹 Position Highlights

Coverage Type: Clinic + Call

Duration: Minimum 3 months (ongoing opportunities available)

Schedule:

Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Night Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
-
24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (1:6 rotation)

Expectation: 5–6 days of clinic/call per week
🏥 Clinical Scope
-
General urology care in clinic, OR, and inpatient rounding
-
Procedures include:
-
Cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP
-
Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL
-
Botox injections, bladder scans, uroflow/cuff
-
-
Robotic system available (robotic experience welcome, not required)

Volume:
-
20–25 clinic patients/day
-
20–30 surgeries/month
-
👥 Support & Environment
-
Sole provider in a busy, high-energy department
-
Strong support team: RNs, MA, surgery scheduler, front office staff

Hospitalist team handles admissions
-
Epic EMR
✅ Requirements
-
Board Certified (preferred) or Truly Board Eligible Urology
-
Active state license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
-
BLS, DEA required (ACLS preferred)

Comfortable managing a fast-paced practice independently
-
Ability to cover the majority of scheduled dates
