A hospital-based urology service in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a Urologist for locum tenens coverage due to excess volume. This is an inpatient-focused role with 24-hour call coverage and procedural responsibilities.
Assignment Details ASAP start Ongoing need FTE: 1.0
Schedule 24-hour call coverage 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Practice Setting Inpatient setting Urology consults and surgical coverage as needed
Duties and Procedures General urology consults Surgical coverage when required Cystoscopy Biopsies
Support Staff Medical Assistant Registered Nurse
Technology EMR: Cerner
Reason for Coverage Excess patient volume
Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology – Required Robotics trained – Required Arizona license or active IMLC – Required
