• Locum Urologist needed for clinic and call coverage
• Assignment duration 3–6 months minimum
• Bread-and-butter urology practice in a fast-paced setting
• Mix of clinic, rounding, OR, and call responsibilities
• EMR system: Epic
$330/hr - $420/hr
On Call (Daily): $3,100 Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
$375/hr- $420/hr Call back
Job Responsibilities
• Perform clinic visits, procedures, rounding, and OR cases
• Cover night call and 24-hour call as scheduled
• Handle consults and callbacks from ED
• Perform procedures including cystoscopy, TURP, biopsies, ureteroscopy, ESWL, nephrectomy, Botox injections, and related cases
• Robot available for cases (robotic experience preferred but not required)
Qualifications
• Active WA license preferred or IMLC with LOQ
• Active BLS, DEA required (ACLS can be obtained if selected)
• Ability to cover ~80% of listed dates through Feb 2026
• Must provide blackout dates and monthly availability
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Working Hours
• Night call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 24-hour call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Call frequency: approximately 1:6
• Call requirement: 5–6 days per month
• Limited weekend coverage
Skills
• Ability to work independently as sole provider
• High-volume patient care efficiency
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
• Team-oriented with good patient communication
