Clinical Role • Coverage: 1/19/26 – Ongoing Need • No clinic at this time • Provider will take call with surgery + scheduled surgery on call days • Warm handoff provided between providers • Expected schedule: 5–7 days of call per month • Call coverage may be Monday–Sunday • Assigned Patients • Phone Consults: 5 • 30-minute call response time required • Call Patients Seen: 3 • Trauma Level II • EMR: Epic
Practice Setting • Hospital • Call + operative responsibilities • Adult patient population
Required Duties / Procedures • All standard Urology call procedures • Surgical coverage on call days
Requirements • Board Certified in Urology – Required • Fellowship Required • Active WA License – Required • IMLC Accepted • ABLS, BLS, PALS – Required
