Urology Opportunity in Major Metro Texas
Become a part of our well-rounded skilled specialist team at a 402-bed hospital. This is an employed position in Odessa, Texas with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on the schedule you choose.
Schedule:
- Flexibility to choose what you want
- We offer 2 different scheduling options, including:
- Outpatient Only
- Mixture of Inpatient/Outpatient
- Minimal Call: 1day/week, 1 weekend/month
Equipment/Support Staff:
- Full general and robotic capabilities
- 1 Clinical for every 10 patients/day
- MA's, other support staff available
Compensation:
- You have the ability to earn:
- $710K base + wRVU's for inpatient/outpatient role
- Retention Bonus
- Sign-on and Relocation
