Coverage Needed:
- 1 weekend a month (12 weekends a year) from Friday to Monday.
- 6 out of 12 weekends must include:
- Thursday (5p-7a night call), Friday (7a-7a clinic + call), Saturday (7a-7a 24hr call), Sunday (7a-7a 24hr call)
- Or Friday (7a-7a clinic + call), Saturday (7a-7a 24hr call), Sunday (7a-7a 24hr call), Monday (7a-7a clinic and call)
- 1 week a year (provider can choose the week)
- Clinic hours: 7a-5p
- Night Call: 5p-7a
- 24hr Call: 7a-7a
- No clinic on weekends
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 3
Clinical Details:
- Full Privileges available
- EMR/Charting: Cerner and Epic, Profee for inpatient billing
- Types of Calls: In-House; Telephone; 30min Response
- Provider will handle both inpatient and outpatient during weekdays
- Inpatient rounding on weekends
- No scheduled OR days, only emergencies
- Provider will work solo
- Average Admissions While On Call: 2
- Average Inpatient per day: 5-15
- Average Admissions per day: 5
- Average Consults per day: 5-8
- Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele's
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- State License Required: Pennsylvania
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- BLS required for clinic work
- DEA Required
- Must be local to drive in, within 3-3.5 hours of location
- Will consider IMLC in hand
