Our hospital client is interested in identify a physician for a 6 month locum-to-perm arrangement
60 days for credentialing - 90 if KY license is needed
Reason for need: Volume/expansion & future planning
Beautiful, tight knit community in Kentucky!
Ideal candidate would be full-time but we would consider 2-3 weeks per month
Combination of clinic and minimum of 10 days of 24hr surgery call per month
Clinic 15-25 pts/day
EMR: EPIC
1 other full-time Urologist on staff
