Practice Setting

• Inpatient Medical Setting caring for Adult patients.
• Average volume of 7-9 patients seen and 6 or fewer admissions.
• Support staff includes RNs.

Schedule

• Block Scheduling available-work your week and enjoy three weeks off.
• 24-Hour Call is required.
• 100% call ratio with 100% call back.
• Phone consults required.

Procedures and Cases

• Manage general IP Urology cases.
• Perform All General Adult Procedures.
• Required procedures include Laparoscopic Surgery and Robotic Procedures.
• Perform ESWL and Incontinence procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a Physician specializing in Urology.
• Requires a minimum of 12 months of experience.
• Board Certified in Urology, or Board Eligible within 5 Years.
• Arizona state licensure is required (will not wait for license).

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing is only 5-7 days.
• Must have an active Arizona state license.
