Schedule & Clinical Details • Looking for a provider who can read transcranial dopplers (required as a Comprehensive Center) • Can read TCDs virtually or work inpatient on neuro shifts • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and potential holidays • Shift Options: – 7a–7p – 7p–7a – 7a–1p rounding shift (flexible depending on volume) • No on-call shifts — all in-house rounding and consults • Consult volume: ~10 per 24 hours • Stroke activations: ~10 per day (shared with APPs) • Stroke-heavy environment • Lumbar punctures and general neurology consults required • Comprehensive Stroke Center • Heavy patient volume — provider must be self-motivated

Admissions / Patient Info • Only admit patients treated for stroke with TNK or mechanical thrombectomy; all others admitted by hospitalist/intensivist under Neurohospitalist direction • 12 patients per shift • Facility will accept multiple providers • Trauma Level I

Requirements • Admissions required • Board Certified – Required • Active MO License or IMLC – Accepted • BLS Required • EMR: Epic
