- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 5, and PEDs level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 25-30 patients per shift and 10 beds in the department. Seeking an experienced locum to provide two days of clinic coverage and three days performing surgery each week, with no call responsibilities; the ideal candidate is a strong proceduralist with an active state license, clean history, and support from a highly experienced APP in the clinic. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an unpaid one-hour lunch, and physicians are required to include supporting notes on their timesheet entries to verify any call-back hours and overtime associated with approved situations, documenting specific reasons for call-back in sufficient detail to validate entries if audited. All overtime must be pre-approved by a manager or designee and is defined as hours worked beyond 40 per week.
