Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Ongoing Need
Schedule & Shift Details:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (unpaid 1-hour lunch)

2 clinic days per week and 3 surgery days per week

No call coverage
Position Overview: This Urology locums role includes a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities with strong APP support in clinic. Admissions are required. Facility can accommodate multiple providers.
Daily Breakdown / Responsibilities:

25–30 patients per shift

Surgical days and clinic days split weekly

Hospital Stroke Certified

Trauma Level I / V
-
EMR: UHS Cerner
Requirements:

Board Certified in Urology (required)

Active Arizona License required; IMLC accepted

Fellowship preferred
-
ACLS required
