Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 3 days performing surgery, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an unpaid hour lunch
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: UHS Cerner
- Patients Per Shift: 25-30
- Bed In Department: 10
- Trauma Level: 5
- PEDs Level: 1
- Support Staff: 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff
- Specialty Skills Required: General Urology, Adult, Pediatric, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic node dissection, Robotic surgery, Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, Adrenalectomy, Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Fertility work-up, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), Renal transplant surgery, Advanced pediatric surgery
Requirements
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- License Requirement: Licensed in AZ or IMLC
- ACLS
- Supervision Required for Advanced Practice Providers and Residents
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges
- Admissions Required
- Temporary Privileges: Available for providers with clean histories
- Stroke Certification
