An established practice in Arizona is seeking an experienced locum provider to assist with 2 days of clinic and 3 days of surgery each week. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no call coverage required.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Duties: 2 days of clinic + 3 days performing surgery
- Support: Highly skilled, experienced APP in clinic
- Requirements:
- Active Arizona license
- Strong procedural skillset
- Clean professional and malpractice history
