Two Urologists needed for a medical group affiliated with a strong community hospital in Rockland County New York. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Job Function:
- Practice has historically referred urologic services to outside groups or private practitioners with privileges, looking to bring the specialty in house.
- Planning to hold office space on the hospital campus.
- Surgical practice includes thoracic, vascular and colorectal service lines including robotics which the incoming urologist will utilize/have access to.
- Schedule would be primarily surgeries in the morning followed by office cases in the afternoon with a rotated call group of 1:4 (shared with outside practices).
- Strong collegial group - hospital has a multispecialty "floor" to interface with other specialties for collaboration (ENT, Endo, Pulm, Psychiatry).
- Medical group experienced large growth, hired 35 providers in the past two years, expect to be able to build practice quickly.
Job Requirements:
- State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
- Urology training required.
- Seeking 1 experienced urologist and will consider 1 newer grad.
